Since September, we have been pleased to welcome two new faces to the Latzke team, who will provide strong support in Sales. We are very pleased about this step in growth, as it shows that we are on the right track—both in terms of our work and our values.

At Latzke, we do not make things unnecessarily complicated. Just as we maintain direct and open communication with our customers, we also design our application process accordingly. Applicants are welcome to simply drop by, and in a conversation we see whether—and for which area—it is a good fit. It is not about hearing the perfect CV or the “right” answer to every question. What matters far more to us is the personal touch—the person behind the application!
